Do I need to pay for a warranty?

No, we offer a free warranty on all of our services, as well as on devices that we sell.

How long does the warranty last?

The warranty for all repairs and services, as well as on pre-owned devices, is 90 days unless otherwise stated. The warranty is valid only at this location.

All phone and tablet screen repairs are covered under a lifetime manufacturer warranty. This means that if at any point you experience issues with your screen after the repair, such as flickering or discoloration, we will replace it with a new one free of charge. The lifetime warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage to the screen.

What is and isn't covered under warranty?

Our warranty is meant to cover any defects in parts or workmanship that may arise after your repair or purchase. If you experience any issues with your device during your warranty period, simply bring it back to us and we will diagnose the issue and repair it free of charge.

Under some circumstances, a warranty may not be provided or honored. Some examples of this include, but may not be limited to:

  • Damage to the device that was not present at the time of the repair
  • Damaged caused by spills or submersion in liquids
  • Repairs that were completed with parts that you provided to us
  • Warranty claims without the original receipt
  • Software, and/or single-use licenses or subscriptions
  • Products that were purchased from the Cash Counter
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse warranty service at the discretion of our staff.

What if my warranty is expired or the warranty is voided?

In the event that your warranty expires or the warranty has been voided, we will still be happy to help you with any issues you may be experiencing with your device. Please schedule an appointment with us and we will diagnose the issue and provide you with a quote for the repair.
