Need to return or exchange something? Here's everything you'll need to know. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

How long do I have to return a product?

All phones, tablets, and computers are eligible for return or exchange within 1 year of purchase. The period for all other products is 90 days unless otherwise specified.

Your return period begins on the date of purchase, and ends at the close of business on the final day of the return period.

What is and isn't eligible for return or exchange?

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not satisfied your purchase, you can return it to us at any time during your return period for a partial refund or to exchange it for something else.

Under some circumstances, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange. Some examples of this include, but may not be limited to:

  • Damage to the device that was not present at the time of the purchase
  • Returns made without the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returns made without the original payment method present (e.g., credit card)
  • Returns on repairs or services
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, or other items that were included with the product
  • Software that has been opened, claimed, or otherwise redeemed for use
  • Products or services that were specially ordered or custom made

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges at the discretion of our staff.

How much will I get back for a return or exchange?

We offer partial refunds for returns or exchanges based on the original purchase price to account for the cost of restocking products. The amount you receive back will depend on how much time has passed since you made the purchase.

The rates we offer for returns and exchanges are as follows:

Before 14 days
  • 85% return to original payment method, or exchange for 100% value
Before 3 months
  • 55% return to original payment method, or exchange for 75% value
Before 6 months
  • 35% return to original payment method, or exchange for 50% value
Before 1 year
  • 20% return to original payment method, or exchange for 30% value

What if my return period is over?

If your return period has ended, you still have the option to sell or trade-in your device for something different. We offer competitive prices for used devices that are still in good working condition. Check out our trade-in program for more details.
